Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how CREATRX IO LLC ("Incension," "we," "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information submitted through portal.incension.io and any related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign up for the Incension Protocol we collect only what's needed to deliver the program:

• Contact data — first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number with country code.
• Onboarding answers — your responses to the guided questionnaire (emotional state, history, commitment, etc.) used to build your custom roadmap.
• Profile data — date of birth, location (country), profession, and optional context fields you choose to share.
• Usage data — page visits, feature interactions (opening meditations, viewing roadmap), and attribution tags (UTM parameters from the link you arrived on).
• Technical data — device type, browser, IP address, timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the Incension Protocol program and your personalized roadmap.
• To send onboarding emails and, with your explicit consent, SMS reminders to complete your profile.
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To improve the Service (aggregate analytics on which meditations are opened, completion rates, etc.).
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Messaging

If you check the SMS consent box at signup and provide a valid mobile number, you consent to receive up to 3 automated, transactional text messages from Incension reminding you to finish setting up your own account. Messages are sent at approximately 2 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after signup and stop automatically once your account setup is complete, you reply STOP, or 72 hours have elapsed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. These messages are tied to your own account and are not marketing or promotional.

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number, SMS consent status, or any mobile opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates, for any purpose. Ever.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under strict confidentiality:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and email delivery infrastructure.
• Twilio — SMS delivery (only if you opted in).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Payment processors — for paid programs (if and when you enroll).

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Incension or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain profile and roadmap data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing grant@creatrx.io. SMS opt-outs are honored immediately and retained indefinitely to prevent re-contact.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for email or SMS communications at any time.
• Opt out of future messages by replying STOP (SMS) or clicking the unsubscribe link (email).

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the Service.
